Yellow gold and blue enamel garter inscribed ‘His Majesty’s Body Guard’ encircling  the Tudor royal badge of the portcullis in white gold pavé set with diamonds, the whole surmounted with the Imperial State Crown in white gold set with eleven round cut diamonds, three lozenge and half -lozenge emeralds, rubies and with four rubies.
