A George IV Silver Model of Enniskillen Castle, possibly from a Drum Major’s Mace

Enniskillen Castle was originally the home of the Gaelic Maguires. The castle became inextricably linked with the regiments raised at Enniskillen during the Williamite Wars of the 1690's. The Inniskilling Dragoons were quartered there many times since their formation, and it is currently the home to museum of the Royal Irish Fusiliers.
